Neck Tension Release, Lower Back, and Core

This was a fun class to teach! I've been feeling pretty tight in my neck and shoulders after jumping on the weighted vest bandwagon. This class targets releasing the upper back and neck while reinforcing optimal alignment of the ribs and pelvis. This is an integral understanding if you want to wear a weighted vest while walking/hiking/whatever. Grab two blocks, a long strap, and a blanket.
