Yoga for Cold Season


This class focuses on creating space in the chest and upper back to facilitate deep breathing. Gentle inversions and movements help to circulate lymphatic fluid. Drink a big glass of water or tea after this practice to help flush toxins. You'll need a blanket, two blocks, and a strap and wall space.
