Gentle Yoga for Times of Transition
This is a great class for winding down your day or when you just feel like being soft and gentle with yourself. We move and stretch every part of the body. Most of the movements are close to the ground so this is also an appropriate class for when you are feeling overwhelmed and hectic. You will need two blocks and a strap. YOU DESERVE TO BE SOFT AND GENTLE WITH YOURSELF!
