Neck and Shoulder Tension Release

As we begin the transition from winter to early spring, the changes in weather can wreak havoc on our bodies. One day we are elated with warm sunny weather, and the next it's snowing and windy and our mood drops. Changes in the atmospheric pressure also contribute to headaches. In this class we move the upper body to release tension in the neck and shoulders which may relieve headache pain. Class also includes some vinyasa flow elements and glute and hamstring strengthening. Grab two blocks, a strap and a blanket or two.
