Three Legged Dog and Twists for Digestion
This all levels practice highlights the work of the legs in common poses including reclined hand to big toe pose and three legged dog. There are also some twists and a prone restorative pose to help with digestion. Please have a couple of blankets, a long yoga strap, two blocks and a bolster or pillow.
