Upper Back Bends and Quads

I'm getting tired of the cold weather. This is a class for when you need a little pick me up. Class includes a lot of upper back bends and shoulder opening and strength as well as some deep quadricep stretches. Please have two blocks, a strap and two blankets and a space at the wall.
