Blanket Rolling to Release Deep Tension

This class uses a tightly rolled yoga blanket or foam roller to release tension in the lower body. Consider yourself a lemon that's being rolled across a counter before juicing. You will need a blanket or two, a block, and if you have a foam roller around, feel free to use it. Enjoy! Special thanks to Tracey for fixing my mic!
