Get Out of Your Head

During emotionally charged times of life, it can be very helpful to take a break and bring your awareness and attention to your physical body. In this practice we explore internal and external rotation of the thighs in lots of different ways. Grab a couple of blankets, blocks, and a strap and get ready to move from the thinking mind into the feeling body.
