Glutes and Psoas Exploration

In this class we explore activating and relaxing the glutes and psoas muscles. These muscles are important because they help to stabilize our pelvis as we move in our yoga practice and in our every day lives. Coordinating these muscles can help to relieve low back tension. Please have two blankets, two blocks and a strap. You may also want to have a chair or a wall available.
