Neck, Shoulders, Hips and Lower Back

This class is a great antidote for days when you are sedentary. Whether you've been on a long car ride, or sitting at your desk all day, this practice mindfully melts and opens tension from the upper and lower body. Please have two blocks, two blankets and a strap for this class.
