Hip Stability Part 1
In this first of two classes focused on pelvic/hip stability we will slow down common movements to explore the recruitment of stabilizing muscles around each pelvic half. Firing these stabilizers can help prevent injury, give a long needed break to over worked muscles, and empowers us to understand the mechanics of our own bodies. You'll need a strap and a couple of blocks or a chair.
