Hips, Hips, and More Hips


Grounding and openiing the hips is a wonderful practice for when we are feeling overwhelmed and stressed. This is a fabulous class for the holiday season. Please have two blankets and a block for this practice. Sweaters, slippers and other cold weather clothing is optional, but will be the cherry on top of this class.
