Yoga for When You Don't Feel Like Doing Yoga
You know those days when you are slow to motivate? This is a practice for those days. Rather than skip your practice altogether, stay disciplined, maintain your commitment and alter your practice to meet you where you are. This class includes movement, but you can tailor it to you. Don't feel up to a downdog today? Try child's pose or table pose. You'll need a block, a strap and a blanket or two.
