Core Stability for Lower Back Support and a Deluxe Savasana


The focus of this class is aligning the rib cage with the pelvis to allow the abdominal muscles to support the lower back. Along with core work, there are some lovely hip openers and side body stretches. Class ends with a delicious 10 minute relaxation. Please have two blocks, two blankets, and a strap.
