The Value of Trying

This class focuses on hamstrings and how to protect the knee when straightening the leg. Slow and intentional movements help us to see how the muscles of the leg engage to support our body and our pose. The focus is on the process, or the "trying", not on the result. You'll need a couple of blocks, a strap and a blanket.
